Jayalalithaa's health: Kerala opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala visits Apollo Hospitals

Leader of the opposition in the Kerala assembly Ramesh Chennithala on Friday visited Apollo Hospitals in Chennai to enquire about the health condition of Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa who has been undergoing treatment there since September 22.

CHENNAI: Leader of the opposition in the Kerala assembly Ramesh Chennithala on Friday visited Apollo Hospitals in Chennai to enquire about the health condition of Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa who has been undergoing treatment there since September 22.
“I met the chairman of Apollo Hospitals Dr Prathap C Reddy. State health minister Dr C Vijaya Baskar was present.

I was told that the chief minister was recovering fast,” Chennithala told reporters.
He was accompanied by Tamil Nadu Congress Committee general secretary K Chiranjeevi.
Later, he called on TNCC chief S Thirunavukkarasar at Satyamurthy Bhavan, the state party headquarters.
